We are looking for a Sales Manager Personal Loan (Core Connect) to drive personal loan business through customer connect, lead generation, and effective sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Personal Loan sales through customer connect and direct sourcing.

- Generate new business through existing customer relationships and market outreach.

- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login and disbursement.

- Achieve monthly sales, login and disbursement targets.

- Maintain solid relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.

- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high-quality business generation.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience in Personal Loan / Unsecured Loan / Retail Asset Sales preferred.

- Candidates from Banking, NBFC or Financial Services background preferred.
