Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at MY NONU.

The Sales

Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth for both IT services and grocery offerings. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also involves preparing sales forecasts, analyzing market trends, conducting online meetings and presentations,



and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

The Sales

Manager will collaborate across teams to optimize digital sales channels and support brand visibility in the online marketplace.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in sales strategy, business development, and account management.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience with online and digital sales channels, including social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for remote client interactions.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use CRM or similar tools effectively.
- Robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in IT services, digital marketing, or retail/e-commerce sales is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with working across diverse teams and cultures in a non-discriminatory, inclusive environment.
