Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Sales Managers to lead and manage a team responsible for driving Loan Against Property (LAP) business across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, lead and motivate a team of Sales Officers / Relationship Managers to achieve LAP business targets.
- Set daily and monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Guide the team in lead generation, customer acquisition, login, sanction and disbursement.
- Drive business through DSA/Connector and open-market sourcing.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity and conversions.
- Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and processes.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams for smooth case processing and disbursement.

Must-Have Criteria

- 2+ years of relevant experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Loan Sales.
- Team Handling experience is mandatory.
- Experience in NBFC / Bank / Housing Finance preferred.
- Exposure to Prime LAP / High-Ticket LAP preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of DSA/Connector management and open-market sourcing.
