Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bhiwani.

The Sales

Manager will lead and manage the sales team, set and monitor sales targets, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth for solar products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, meeting with prospective and existing clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role involves tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and providing regular reports to leadership.

Manager will collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solutions, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales leadership or sales management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related industries.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, forecast revenue, and analyze market opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Experience managing and mentoring sales teams, including setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, sales reporting software, and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong customer-focused mindset, integrity in business practices, and readiness to work on-site in Bhiwani.
