About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to drive bookings, build customer relationships, and grow revenue for our detailing and coating services. You'll lead a small sales/booking team, manage lead conversion, and help scale our doorstep service model across Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive lead-to-booking conversion across calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Manage and mentor the sales/customer service team
- Upsell premium services (ceramic coating, PPF, restoration packages)




- Build partnerships with dealerships, corporates, and fleet owners for B2B accounts
- Track daily/weekly sales targets and report performance to management
- Handle customer queries, objections, and pricing negotiations
- Support marketing campaigns with on-ground sales execution

Requirements

- 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in automotive services, D2C, or local services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic reporting
- Prior team-handling or team-lead experience preferred
