- Identify and generate current corporate event business opportunities.

- Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.

- Identify potential corporate clients and key decision-makers.

- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.

- Understand client requirements, objectives, budgets and expectations.

- Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients.

- Identify opportunities for conferences, exhibitions, product launches, dealer meets, annual celebrations, employee engagement programmes and other corporate events.

- Prepare and coordinate proposals, presentations and quotations.

- Coordinate with creative, production and operations teams for concepts and costing.

- Present proposals and negotiate commercials with clients.

- Follow up regularly on enquiries, proposals and negotiations.

- Convert leads and proposals into confirmed business.

- Maintain records of enquiries, prospects, proposals and conversions.





- Identify repeat business and cross-selling opportunities from existing clients.

- Develop business through networking, industry events and corporate references.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handover after order confirmation.

- Maintain client communication throughout the event lifecycle.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Monitor revenue, profitability and conversion rates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers.

- Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Travel for client meetings, venue visits and business development activities.

- Stay updated on corporate event trends, market opportunities and competitor activities.

- Maintain accurate CRM/sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Pay: ₹10,047.36 - ₹33,535.82 per month
