Job Summary

Suenos HR Solutions is looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle client enquiries, understand their requirements, explain business and compliance services, and convert leads into successful sales.

Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Handle inbound enquiries and understand client requirements.
- Explain business and compliance services to clients.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the operations/compliance team after successful conversion.

Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and sales skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and regular follow-ups.




- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.

- B2B Sales
- Telecalling / Inside Sales
- Business Services
- Compliance Services
- Company Registration
- CA/CS-related services
- Lead Generation & Conversion
