- Negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals .
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build strong client relationships and generate referrals.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales activity records.
- Stay updated on projects, pricing,



market trends, and competition.

? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 years of sales experience.
- Real estate experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and objection-handling abilities.
- Highly target-oriented, competitive, and result-driven.
- Confident personality with a strong sales mindset.
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and site visits.
- A personal vehicle is mandatory: a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler.
- Valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru.
