Job Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Explain project details, specifications, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits and sales.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
- Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up reports.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: Attractive salary + incentives Joining: Immediate / as per availability

Pay: ₹10,047.36 - ₹33,535.82 per month
