Job Responsibilities

- Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
- Generate new leads and develop new customer relationships.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, availability, and delivery.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Requirements




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to follow up consistently and close sales.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic computer applications.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, wholesale, or home furnishing will be an advantage.
