Shadow Capture Studio, a professional photo studio and wedding photography & cinematography company, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position

Sales Coordinator – Business Development

Location: Sector 28, Gurgaon

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives

Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent

Experience: 1 year preferred

Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography packages
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Schedule client meetings and presentations
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions




- Coordinate with the photography and production team for smooth project execution

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client handling
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
