Head Sales Coordination & Business Development

Job Objective:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead and monitor Pan India Sales Operations and Business Development across East, West, North & South. The role will drive sales performance, team accountability, customer development, order execution and coordination across Sales, Plants, Logistics, Finance and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor Pan India Sales Managers, Sales Heads, Sales Coordinators and Pre/Post-Sales teams.
- Drive zone-wise sales targets, business development, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Review sales performance, field visits, enquiries, conversions, projections and MIS.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Monitor pricing, market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities.
- Ensure smooth coordination of orders, production, dispatches, documentation and customer commitments.
- Monitor KYC, credit limits,



outstanding payments and collection follow-ups.
- Identify sales gaps, operational issues and ensure timely resolution with concerned departments.
- Coordinate with CMD/Management for pricing, commercial approvals and critical business decisions.
- Drive godown/distributor development and market expansion across regions.
- Ensure strong sales discipline, reporting, accountability and timely execution across all zones.
