Purchase Requisitions: -

- Receiving orders placed by customers as well as sales team across regions

- Stock checking, ensuring product availability within stipulated time.

- Processing the purchase orders with specific attention to the pricing, payment terms & conditions, delivery charges, discount if any.

- Ensuring the orders are dispatched on time in coordination with sales, warehouse and logistic teams.

- Feeding accurate data in ERP system for all requisitions and thereby ensuring accurate billing from time to time.

- Processing additional freight charges, price corrections, terms corrections etc.

- Dispatching the sales orders all over India.

MIS Management: -

- Periodic reconciliation of all the vendors for material sold or dispatched.

- Extracting periodic reports to analyze the status of pending orders and thereby providing necessary assistance for smooth functioning.

- Communicating up-to-date information on stock availability,



orders placed, orders in transit and forecast to meet the prospective customer requirements.

Customer Relationship Management: -

- Timely response to customers queries in consultation with purchase, sales & warehouse teams.

- Providing order/dispatch details to customers or sales team.

- Liaising with accounts & sales team for credit period settlement of customers (if gone beyond specified limits).
