We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience in handling B2B and B2C customers in a corporate sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with sales teams and customers for day-to-day requirements.

- Handle B2B and B2C customer queries and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Requirements

* 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support.

- Experience handling B2B & B2C customers.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.




- Candidates with corporate sales experience preferred.
