The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and a strong interest in sales. Key ResponsibilitiesInform customers about the company’s products/services, features, benefits, and offers.

Generate leads through phone calls and other sources. Book appointments for the field sales staff. Understand customers’ needs and requirements and provide appropriate information. Handle calls professionally and confidently for an extended period.

Follow up with leads received through different sources. Maintain records of leads, customer details, calls, and appointments.



Coordinate with field sales executives for lead conversion. Achieve daily and monthly sales/calling targets.

Maintain good relationships with prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements

Basic computer knowledge is mandatory. Comfortable using computers for sales-related work, data entry, and maintaining customer records. Good communication and convincing skills. Confident and polite while speaking with customers. Willingness to work toward sales targets. Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
