We are now looking for an experienced Order Administrator to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and Marine Industry experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently handling customer enquiries, independently handling tenders ensuring seamless order processing, and facilitating smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy working with customers, and have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

. Replying enquiry received from customers for sales enquiry in ERP data base.

Independently preparing Tenders/Quotes as per request.

. Attending Tender Bidding meetings and having excellent negotiation skills.

ERP software knowledge will be added advantage

¢ Enquiry reply TAT should be within 24 hours.





¢ Handling all warranty cases pertaining to sales & service.

¢ Providing assistance to Managers relating to Projects calls

¢ Keeping track of all sales orders for invoicing in coordination with accounts department.

¢ All enquiries should have documentary records.

¢ Ensuring customer satisfaction for all the cases

¢ Coordination with the customer on daily basis for sales order related issues.

¢ Follow up for the payment with the customer in coordination with accounts department

¢ Preparation of Monthly report for the management of sales business.

¢ Negotiating with customers. Getting work orders / purchase orders.

Who You Are

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Skills & Experience:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Marine Industry background will be an advantage.
