Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant.

The Sales

Consultant will engage prospective and existing clients, understand their growth objectives, and recommend solutions that align with ScaleForge Partners’ revenue engine approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored proposals, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success. The role involves analyzing market and competitor data, contributing to offer positioning, and supporting sales process optimization and CRM usage.

The Sales

Consultant will be expected to meet performance targets, maintain accurate records of interactions, and provide ongoing consultative guidance to help clients achieve measurable revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong consultative selling skills with experience in solution-based or SPIN selling and sales engineering.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively, including follow-up, lead qualification, and CRM-based process tracking.
- Understanding of marketing and demand generation concepts, and comfort working with performance marketing and lead generation teams.
- Experience interpreting market and competitor analysis and contributing to brand and offer positioning discussions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a client-centric, results-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record in B2B sales; experience in sectors such as EdTech, real estate, SaaS, or agency services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales and revenue growth.
