. Sales & Customer Handling:

- Welcome walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Explain product range - features, variants, and comparison vs competitors
- Conduct need-based consultation and arrange test drives
- Handle price negotiation, booking and on-time delivery

1. Lead Management:

- Follow up on leads generated from calls, website, Facebook, Justdial, referrals
- Ensure 100% enquiry to conversion follow-up via CRM/DMS
- Maintain daily sales reports and lead follow-up sheet

1. Coordination:

- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Service team for smooth customer experience
- Ensure documentation, finance approval, and exchange evaluation on time

1. Target & Customer Satisfaction:





- Achieve monthly retail and enquiry targets
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and collect Google reviews/feedback
- Build long-term relationship for referral business

Desired Candidate
- Graduate / MBA with 1+ year experience in 4-Wheeler Automobile Sales .
- Efective communication in Odia, Hindi & English
- Must have valid Driving License and 2-wheeler
- Confident, presentable, target-oriented and passionate about cars

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
