We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to support our export business and develop new customer relationships in international markets.

Candidates with jewellery export experience are preferred, but candidates from other industries with relevant sales/business development experience are also welcome. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through online research, email, LinkedIn, exhibitions, references, and other channels.
- Communicate with international clients and understand their product requirements.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, orders, production, and dispatch.
- Follow up with clients regularly and achieve assigned sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential new markets.
- Support documentation and coordination related to export orders when required.

Experience

- Jewellery export / international sales experience: Preferred.
- Non-jewellery sales or business development experience: Candidates can apply.
- Freshers: Welcome, provided they have good communication skills, confidence, and a strong interest in sales.

Preferred Skills

- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills. Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel, email communication, Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.

Willingness to learn about jewellery products and export processes.
