Sales Coordination & Support

· Coordinate with the Sales Team, Distributors, Dealers, and Customers to ensure smooth business operations.

· Act as the primary point of coordination between Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, Production, and other internal departments.

· Assist the sales team in order processing, customer follow-ups, and sales documentation.

· Track customer orders from order confirmation to dispatch and delivery.

· Ensure timely communication regarding order status, pending requirements, and customer queries.

· Support management in achieving sales targets through efficient coordination.

MIS & Sales Reporting

· Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.

· Generate sales reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel.

· Maintain accurate sales data and business records.

· Prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and management reports.

· Analyze sales data and highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities.

· Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

Order Management & Documentation

· Process customer orders and maintain complete order records.

· Coordinate with the dispatch and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.





· Maintain sales invoices, customer records, quotations, and related documentation.

· Ensure all sales-related documents are updated and filed accurately.

· Monitor pending orders and coordinate for timely closure.

Customer & Internal Coordination

· Maintain professional communication with customers regarding order updates and delivery schedules.

· Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to resolve operational issues.

· Follow up with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

· Build and maintain solid working relationships with all stakeholders.

Eligibility

· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.

· MBA will be an added advantage.

· 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, MIS Executive, Sales Support Executive, or similar role.

· Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industry preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
