Description: Drive revenue through recent business acquisition and growth of existing clients for electronics and mechanical products/systems. The role requires the ability to understand power electronics applications, engage technical stakeholders, and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new opportunities for power electronics products such as converters, power supplies, and control systems.
- Develop new opportunities for telescopic mast solutions.
- Engage with OEMs, defence organizations, telecom players, and industrial clients.
- Drive the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, RFQs/RFPs, quotations, contracts, commercial agreements,



and technical documentation in coordination with engineering teams.
- Track trends in power electronics, defence systems, and industrial automation.

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics. MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage. Preferred Experience: Defence, telecom, industrial electronics solutions, OEM sales, government tenders, project-based sales, and custom-engineered high-reliability systems.
