Job Summary

The Sales Administration & Pricing Analyst provides critical support to the sales organization through pricing administration, customer administrative fee reporting, sales reporting and analytics, and identification of bid and growth opportunities. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Contracts, Customer Service, and Pricing teams to ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and commercial support. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming sales and market data into actionable insights that support revenue growth, contract compliance, and customer retention. This position reports to the Systems and Data Analytics Manager-Americas and is part of the Commercial Operations located in Deerfield, USA and will be fully remote.

Fluent in French is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, validate, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual administrative fee reports. Reconcile sales transactions and fee calculations against customer contract requirements.
- Monitor reporting deadlines and customer compliance requirements.




- Develop and maintain recurring sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Generate reports related to sales growth, profitability, and customer activity.
- Maintain customer pricing files, contracts, and pricing agreements. Process pricing requests, updates, approvals, and changes in accordance with company policies.
- Research and identify bid opportunities through public and private procurement portals. Support chance tracking and pipeline management activities.

Essential Requirements

- Associate Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of practical Sales Administrative tasks and duties

Preferred Experience

- Experience in multi-site or global organizations.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and other CRM systems.
