Finance Assistant
n Location: Nagpur, MH

n Reporting To: Finance Manager / Authorized Officer
n CTC: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA
n Experience: 2 – 3 years
n Qualification: Graduation/Postgraduation in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent)

n Position Overview
nThe Finance Assistant will support the organization in day-to-day financial operations, accounting, project finance, compliance, documentation, reporting, and audit-related activities.



The role requires robust attention to detail and the ability to independently manage financial records while coordinating with project and programme teams.
nCandidates with hands-on experience in NGO/Development Sector finance, FCRA compliance, donor-funded projects, and project accounting will be strongly preferred.

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, financial records, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.n
- Process and verify vendor invoices, payments, reimbursements, advances, and expense claims .n
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation .n
- Maintain project-wise and donor-wise expenditure records.n
- Track fund utilization and ensure expenses are appropriately allocated to projects/budgets.n
- Assist in monthly and periodic financial closing activities.n
