Position Deputy Manager - Customer Support (After Sales Service)

Qualification / Experience:
Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Mining)
6 -10 years of experience

Key Skills:
Valuable data analytic skills & keen eye for details
Possess the ability to work in a team setting and with diverse groups of business teams.
Strong communication skills: both verbal and written; ability to quickly create presentations for internal and external customers
Handson experience with SAP & CRM
Proficiency in data management & visualization tools (Excel, Power BI)

Job Responsibilities:
Plan and Execute Digital & offline marketing Campaigns to promote Component Overhaul.
Identify top 25 potential Customers Branch wise and perform TA1 and TA2 on priority to Generate Leads. (based on data from OLGA,PSE,MPSE)
Create awareness among field Team about the offerings
Design/Create current Offerings to the field team as per the Latest requirements with the CAT (Caterpillar) Support.
Maintain Healthy Margin for Overhaul Repair




Periodical Submission of Claims to Caterpillar.
Parts Forecast & availability at the Hubs
Focus and drive the field team achieving the STU growth of 20% across fluids & filters.
Drive field team on F&F; dormant conversions.
Maintain healthy margins in F&F; major class and report submission
Design/create new marketing campaigns to achieve the STU targets with CAT & Exxon supports.
Setting up online marketing plan & Execute the marketing plan on timely basis - All models
Educating the branches on the offers available
Coordinating with digital marketing team
Prorata invoicing
ISR Management - bringing 424 parts sales through telecalling
New customers Activation monitoring
Prepare Dashboards to branches to show their current status and area of improvement
Exploring all possible options to improve online sales
Frequent liason with CAT overseas and internal
