- Workplace Management Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE plans, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, client requirements, and company standards. Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and unsafe conditions. Monitor construction activities to ensure safe work practices are followed. Risk Assessment &
- Hazard Control Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA). Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks. Review method statements and work permits for high-risk activities.

Safety

Monitoring &

- Compliance Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems. Monitor activities such as working at heights, excavation, lifting operations, confined space entry, electrical work, and hot work. Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel. Maintain compliance records and statutory documentation.

Incident

Investigation &

- Reporting Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts.



Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend corrective actions. Track and monitor closure of safety observations and corrective actions. Maintain accident and injury statistics and safety performance reports. Training &
- Awareness Conduct site safety inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors. Organize toolbox talks, safety campaigns, drills, and awareness programs. Train supervisors and workers on safe work procedures and emergency response plans. Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.

Emergency Preparedness

Develop and implement emergency response plans. Conduct mock drills for fire, evacuation, medical emergencies, and rescue operations. Coordinate with emergency services and relevant authorities when required. Documentation &

- Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports. Maintain records of inspections, audits, permits, training, and incidents. Present safety performance metrics to project management and clients.

Education: Any Graduation Degree with 1 to 5 Years experience as a Construction Safety Officer.
