Social Media & Growth Specialist – SaaS

Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Strategist to take complete ownership of our SaaS product's social media presence. The ideal candidate should be strategic, creative, data-driven, and capable of making independent decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
- Build the SaaS brand's social presence and drive organic growth and engagement.
- Create content strategies, content pillars and monthly content calendars.
- Convert complex SaaS/product features into straightforward, engaging content.
- Review and guide designs, videos, copy and other creative assets.
- Identify trends, competitors and new content/growth opportunities.
- Track analytics and optimize content based on performance.
- Work with designers, video editors and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Take ownership of social media decisions and continuously test new strategies.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy or Brand Marketing.
- Experience managing business/brand social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and organic social growth.
- Experience with SaaS/B2B/technology brands is preferred.
- Strong content planning,



creative thinking and communication skills.
- Comfortable reviewing creatives and giving clear feedback.
- Data-driven with knowledge of social media analytics.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
