Role & responsibilities

- Working with the Engagement teams in completing the Engagement acceptance case in DRMS
- Administration support: handling incoming and outgoing e-mails and correspondence, filing of documents/mails
- We act as the middle office to make sure the contracts are setup in accordance to the regulations and restrictions as provided in the Belgium Tax and Legal practice manual.
- Provide Escalation support to the client administrators to quick pace their process.
- Support the client administrators with their queries and consultations on demand.
- Supervise , review the analysts work and make sure the quality of the standards is met
- Provide Cross functional trainings to the various teams connected to QRR with the new updated / changes made in the process
- Work closely with other teams in collecting the required information to carry out the above-mentioned tasks.
- Follow-ups are a major part of work.



Ensure to setup clear communication with Partners/Directors/any staff.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant 1 to 8 years of experience in similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exhibits a positive attitude.
- Prior experience of background research, basic KYC and compliance knowledge is required
- Microsoft Office Excel level: Advance
- Quick learning skills and proficiency with working along with dependent teams
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability in decision making, team management and conflict management.
- Ability to work independently and within a team structure in a dynamic and tight deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- The individual must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and maturity in working with confidential and sensitive information.
