- Manage existing client relationships and ensure timely policy renewals.
- Achieve assigned retention, renewal and revenue targets.
- Follow up with clients for renewals, pending documents and payments.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with insurers and internal teams for quotations, renewals and servicing.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and process hygiene.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and follow-up reports.
- Support client engagement and business growth from the existing portfolio.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in insurance, renewals, retention, sales or relationship management.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented with valuable knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
