Retail Sales Executive – Ethnic Wear

Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 day per week, excluding Saturday and Sunday

WEVOW is a growing Indian ethnic wear brand specializing in sarees, blouses, and handcrafted garments. We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers at the store
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Assist customers with saree, blouse, and ethnic-wear selection
- Explain fabric, design, quality, pricing, and product details
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries, billing, orders, and follow-ups
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising
- Organize and maintain store inventory and stock
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
- Coordinate with the backend, production, and management teams when required
- Support day-to-day store operations





Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, fashion retail, apparel, or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of sarees, blouses, fabrics, or Indian ethnic wear will be an advantage
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Confident, polite, presentable, and customer-focused
- Punctual, responsible, and hardworking
- Comfortable working with sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
