Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly shopping experience. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and offers.

Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets. Generate sales through effective product presentation and upselling/cross-selling. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally. Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other required documents.

Maintain product displays, showroom cleanliness, and visual presentation. Keep updated with product knowledge, current arrivals, schemes, and promotions. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending requirements.

Coordinate with inventory, billing, delivery, and other departments. Maintain customer records and update sales information regularly. Support promotional activities and showroom events when required. Ensure proper handling of products and maintain showroom stock awareness.
