Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers and benefits.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products wherever possible.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain proper product display and showroom standards.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth showroom operations.
- Maintain basic sales records and reports.
