Cluster Manager – Itsy Bitsy (Art &

- Craft Products)

- Manage and oversee the operations of multiple stores within the assigned cluster.

- Ensure all stores achieve their assigned sales targets and business goals.

- Monitor store performance, profitability, sales, and operational efficiency.

- Lead, motivate, and manage store teams across the assigned locations.

- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns or escalations.

- Monitor inventory, stock availability, stock movement, and replenishment.

- Coordinate recruitment, training, onboarding, and development of store employees.

- Ensure all stores follow company SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines.

- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.

- Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.

- Prepare and review store performance reports and provide regular updates to management.

- Support business growth by identifying opportunities to improve sales and store performance.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Store Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple stores within the assigned cluster.

- Ensure proper staffing, store presentation, and operational standards.





- Conduct regular store visits and monitor overall performance.

Sales &

- Profitability

- Drive sales and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.

- Monitor store profitability and key performance indicators.

- Analyse sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.

Team Leadership &

- People Management

- Lead, motivate, and supervise store managers and team members.

- Monitor employee performance and productivity.

- Support recruitment, training, and employee development activities.

Customer Service

- Ensure a high standard of customer service across all stores.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations.

- Maintain a positive and customer-focused store setting.

Inventory &

- Stock Management

- Monitor inventory levels and stock movement across stores.

- Ensure timely replenishment and proper stock management.

- Identify stock-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

SOP Compliance &

- Store Audits

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational policies.

- Conduct regular store audits and inspections.

- Identify gaps and take corrective action to maintain company standards.
