Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate restaurant service staff during shifts.
- Allocate tables and service sections to waiters and other service employees.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place and readiness of the restaurant before service.
- Welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous, and skilled service.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar.
- Monitor food and beverage service to ensure quality and presentation standards.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Assist in training and guiding waiters and new team members.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper restaurant setup at all times.
- Coordinate with the kitchen regarding special requests, delays, and order issues.
- Check bills and assist with payment procedures when required.
- Monitor stock of service items such as cutlery, crockery, glassware, and linen.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and guest-satisfaction targets.
- Prepare shift handover reports and communicate operational issues to management.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
