This opportunity is a part of a government funded project focused on network medicine and machine learning for healthcare applications using public and private biomedical and clinical datasets.

The ML Scientist is expected to assist in:

- Development of machine learning and deep learning models for healthcare data analysis.
- Development of graph-based models and Graph Neural Networks for network medicine.
- Construction and analysis of patient and disease networks.

Robust knowledge of Python, machine learning and deep learning is essential. Knowledge of PyTorch Geometric, NetworkX, Scikit-learn, graph theory and Graph Neural Networks is highly desirable.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: PhD in any of the following subjects - Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Biology or

Experience A related field or MS/ M. Tech in the above subjects with three years of experience in research and development with at least one research paper in SCI journal.

Salary

Rs 61,000/ + 30% HRA per month
