NWe're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Business Development and GTM teams while owning the quality of client delivery.
NThe role
nThis is a hands-on leadership role.
NYou will manage a team ofBusiness Development Executives and GTM Engineers, coach them regularly, improve campaign quality, and make sure the team is consistently creating strong sales opportunities for our clients.
NYou will be onboarding new clients, understanding their product and ICP, building campaign strategy, attending weekly meetings, reviewing performance, and making sure clients feel confident about the work being done.
NWe are looking for someone who enjoys developing people, understands outbound deeply, and has the discipline to stay close to the details.

- Lead and manage Business Development Executives and GTM Engineers N




- Coach the team through call reviews, campaign feedback, objection handling, and regular performance reviews N
- Onboard current clients andunderstand their product, ICP, positioning, and sales goals N
- Build outbound campaignstrategy across calls, email, and LinkedIn N
- Write and review cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, call scripts, and sequences N
- Attend weekly client meetings and communicate progress, learnings, and next steps N
- Review campaign performance and make changes to improve results N
- Own the overall client experience and help maintain strong client relationships N
- Work with leadership onhiring, training, team capacity, and performance N
- Improve internal playbooks and processes as the team grows N
