Reckitt is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee – Engineering to join its engineering team at the Hosur manufacturing facility. This apprenticeship provides a solid foundation in plant engineering, maintenance practices, and project execution within a rapid-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations within the plant.
Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance planning and execution.
Help monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate engineering logs, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, EHS) to ensure smooth plant operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines preferred)
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and technical documentation.
Willingness to learn and work in a high-performance industrial setting.
