Job Summary

We are looking for a Repair & Maintenance Executive with hands-on experience in FMCG/Food/Packaging manufacturing plants. The candidate will be responsible for machine breakdowns, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of production machinery with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to machine breakdowns and emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of automatic filling, weighing, packing, sealing, labeling and conveyor machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
- Work with motors, sensors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels and machine wiring.
- Identify machine faults quickly and independently carry out necessary repairs.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown records.




- Maintain machine service history and coordinate periodic servicing.
- Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical spares.
- Support installation, commissioning and maintenance of new machinery whenever required.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards on the shop floor.

Candidate Requirements

- 4+ years’ experience in FMCG, food, packaging or manufacturing maintenance.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
- Hands-on experience with PLC, VFD, sensors, motors and control panels.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery independently.
- FMCG/Food/Packaging industry experience preferred.
