Regional Marketing Manager (RMM)

Location: Delhi

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / B.Tech

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) with strong exposure to the MEP industry and proven experience in selling Valves, Pipes, Sprinklers, or similar products through MEP Consultants, Contractors, Dealers, Builders, and Project Managers.

The candidate will be responsible for developing the regional customer network, generating product demand, achieving sales targets, and strengthening relationships across the MEP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and develop relationships with MEP Consultants, Contractors, Builders, Dealers, OEMs and Project Managers.
- Promote and pitch the company’s products based on quality, technical suitability, and project requirements.
- Generate product demand through consultants and project stakeholders and channel the demand through the dealer network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Create and expand the customer network across the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential projects.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.




- Develop and implement effective regional sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Regularly travel within the assigned region for business development and customer meetings.

Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant sales/marketing experience in the MEP/MEPF industry.
- Mandatory experience in selling Valves, Pipes, Sprinklers, or similar MEP products.
- Strong exposure to Fire Fighting, HVAC, and Plumbing sectors.
- Positive network and contacts with MEP Consultants, Contractors, Project Managers, Builders, and Dealers.
- Strong regional market knowledge and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory for local travel.
