Location: Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh

We are looking for a dynamic Regional HR Executive to join our team and drive HR & recruitment activities across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Gold Loan branches
- Source, screen and coordinate candidate interviews
- Drive manpower planning and timely hiring closures
- Partner with Business & Regional Heads on hiring requirements
- Handle employee engagement, HR queries and grievances
- Support employee retention and reduce attrition
- Maintain HR MIS, records and recruitment reports
- Ensure smooth joining, documentation and HR processes

• Support campus hiring, job fairs and local talent acquisition

Candidate Profile




- Graduate / Post Graduate – HR or any relevant discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in HR / Recruitment
- BFSI / NBFC / Banking / Gold Loan experience preferred
- Strong recruitment & stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel across the assigned region
