We are building a strong recruitment agency ecosystem to create a two-way partnership model where recruitment agencies and Careerist can generate value — and revenue — for each other.

We are looking for a Recruitment Ecosystem & Partnerships Manager to build, manage and grow this network.

What You'll Own

Your role will have two key objectives:

1. Help Careerist Clients Get Placed

Build relationships with recruitment agencies that can help place Careerist clients into suitable opportunities.

You will

- Identify relevant recruitment agencies and staffing companies.
- Build relationships with agency founders, recruitment heads and consultants.
- Understand their hiring mandates and areas of specialization.
- Share relevant Careerist client profiles with agencies.
- Drive candidate submissions, interviews and placements.
- Track every opportunity from introduction to joining.
- Build a network of high-performing agencies that consistently place Careerist clients.

1. Generate New Business for Careerist Through Agency Referrals

Recruitment agencies regularly come across candidates who need help with their job search, interview preparation, career positioning or international job opportunities. We want to build a referral ecosystem where agencies can refer these candidates to Careerist.

You will

- Educate recruitment agencies about Careerist's services.




- Identify opportunities for agencies to refer candidates to Careerist.
- Build a structured agency referral program.
- Manage referrals from initial introduction through conversion.
- Track referral-generated revenue.
- Develop deeper relationships with agencies that consistently generate business.

Your job is to make this ecosystem work in both directions .
