Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes to support PPStack’s growth across its global EdTech and digital services. In this full-time remote role, the specialist will source and attract candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring activities with internal stakeholders.

Daily tasks include building talent pipelines, maintaining relationships with candidates, managing recruitment tools and job postings,



and ensuring a smooth and inclusive candidate experience.

The Recruitment

Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, support onboarding coordination, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding.

Qualifications

- Strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Experience in Training related to recruitment processes, interview best practices, or onboarding support.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and online sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of EdTech, technology, or digital services sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to equitable, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
