Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter (target-based, from consultancy background) at CareerBloc. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases; screening resumes; conducting initial interviews; and coordinating further interview rounds with clients.

The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and aligning recruitment strategies with agreed targets and timelines. The Recruiter will track daily and weekly performance against hiring targets, maintain accurate candidate and pipeline records,



and provide regular reporting to management. The position also requires collaborating with internal teams, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a qualified, inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in consultancy-based or agency recruitment, with a strong focus on target-driven hiring and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Ability to screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage offer negotiations with professionalism and fairness.
- Client management and stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to understand role requirements and provide timely updates.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with experience working to daily, weekly, and monthly targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote work tools, ATS or CRM systems, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in recruitment consultancy may substitute formal education.
- Exposure to hiring for marketing, sales, or digital roles is an advantage; familiarity with basic marketing concepts is a plus.
