Recruiter - Non-IT Hiring

We're hiring a recruiter to own our non-IT desk. Right now these roles get sourced alongside everything else; we want one person who owns them end to end, builds a real bench of non-IT candidates, and closes.

What you'll do

You'll run full-cycle hiring for non-IT mandates, take the brief, source, screen, submit a first shortlist fast, and drive the process through to the candidate's join date. You'll build and keep a live pipeline of non-IT talent so you're not starting from zero on every current role, and you'll own how you source: your channels, your outreach, your playbook.

We care about the outcome i.e. a strong shortlist in front of the client quickly, and roles closed.

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with real time on a non-IT desk (sales, operations, banking, finance, insurance or similar).




- A track record of actually closing candidates you sourced who joined, not just profiles submitted.
- Your own sourcing muscle: comfort across Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals and direct outreach, and a point of view on what works for non-IT roles.
- Speed and ownership. You can turn a brief into a first shortlist in a day or two, and you chase a role to close rather than waiting on it.
- Clear communication with candidates and clients.
- BFSI hiring experience (banks, NBFCs, insurance, wealth/fintech) is a strong plus.
