About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team. This internship offers practical experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, client coordination, and business development.

The role also provides exposure to India and international recruitment, including hiring requirements across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate trackers, databases, and recruitment records.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, documentation, and joining.
- Identify potential clients and assist with lead generation.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in understanding client hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with candidates and clients.
- Support recruitment activities for both domestic and international markets.

International Recruitment Exposure During the internship, you will gain practical exposure to recruitment requirements across: India | Australia | New Zealand | Europe





This will provide an understanding of international recruitment processes, candidate markets, and client hiring requirements.

Eligibility

- Candidates must be based in Sira, Tumkur.
- Strong communication skills in English and Kannada Mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong interest in recruitment and client engagement.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection Mandatory (BYOD).
