Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month ⏰ Shift: Day Shift | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ? Employment Type: Full-Time ### JOB SUMMARY We are hiring Collection / Recovery Executives to handle outbound calls, follow up with customers for overdue payments, negotiate payment commitments, and achieve collection targets while maintaining professional customer relationships. ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.

Regularly follow up with customers and obtain payment commitments.

Handle customer queries related to payments, outstanding amounts, and dues.

Negotiate with customers and encourage timely payment.

Maintain accurate call records, customer details, remarks, and follow-up information in the CRM/system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Follow all company collection policies, processes,



and compliance guidelines.

Maintain a skilled and positive approach while communicating with customers. ### REQUIRED SKILLS Good communication, customer handling, and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of computer, CRM, and data entry.

Ability to handle outbound calling and customer conversations.

Target-oriented and comfortable working with collection targets.

Good negotiation and convincing skills.

Candidates with experience in Collections, Recovery, Tele-calling, Debt Recovery, or Outbound Sales can apply. ### ELIGIBILITY 6 Months – 1 Year of relevant experience preferred.

Experience in Collection / Recovery / Outbound Sales / Tele-calling will be considered.
