Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Associate to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging property/site visits, following up with prospects, and supporting the team in closing property sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, online platforms, references, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
- Negotiate with customers and support the sales closing process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and registration processes.




- Stay updated on available properties, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge or interest in real estate/property sales.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for property/site visits.
- Tamil and English communication skills are required.
- Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
