About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Pre-Sales Executive in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, lead follow-ups, site visit coordination, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain project details and offers to prospective clients
- Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
- Maintain lead data and customer records in CRM
- Follow up regularly with interested buyers
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills in Hindi




- Basic English understanding preferred
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM software
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Eligibility Criteria

- Female candidates preferred
- Real estate calling experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred
