- Digitise logos, images, quilting patterns and custom designs from references provided.
- Convert designs into accurate, machine-ready embroidery/quilting files.
- Develop new quilting patterns based on photographs, drawings or design references.
- Set stitch type, density, spacing, sequence and thread paths to achieve the required finish.
- Independently set up and operate industrial embroidery and quilting machines.
- Conduct sample trials and make corrections before final production.
- Ensure accurate positioning, alignment and consistency of embroidery and quilting.
- Adjust machine settings according to different materials and design requirements.
- Troubleshoot stitching, digitising and basic machine-related issues.
- Maintain consistent production quality.
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and keep the equipment in positive working condition.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for new product development.
