Role & responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare detailed project estimates and rate analysis for civil and construction works.
- Handle tendering, quotation comparison and subcontractor/vendor rate evaluation.
- Prepare and verify client RA bills, subcontractor bills and final bills.
- Conduct and verify site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Track BOQ quantities versus actual execution and identify variations.
- Prepare material reconciliation for major materials such as steel, cement and concrete.
- Monitor project costs, quantities, wastage and budget.
- Prepare variation statements, extra-item claims and quantity reconciliation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors,



procurement and accounts teams.
- Maintain accurate commercial documentation and provide regular cost and billing reports to management.
- Ensure timely billing, proper measurement and effective cost control throughout the project.

Preferred candidate profile Experience: 3+ years in construction

Qualification: Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction-related qualification

Skills: Quantity Take-Off, BOQ, Estimation, Rate Analysis, RA Billing, Client Billing, Subcontractor Billing, Cost Control, Reconciliation, MS Excel and AutoCAD.
