Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the QA & QC functions for Ayurvedic, herbal, healthcare and cosmetic products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage raw material, in-process and finished product testing and approval.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, specifications, BMRs and quality documentation.
- Handle deviations, CAPA, OOS/OOT, complaints and internal audits.
- Coordinate with R&D; for NPD, formulation development and product scale-up.
- Manage vendor quality, laboratory testing and regulatory/customer audits.
- Lead and develop the Quality team to ensure consistent product quality.

Required Skills: Solid knowledge of Ayurvedic/Herbal products, GMP, QA/QC, NPD, formulation, documentation, audits and regulatory compliance, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Ayurvedic, herbal, nutraceutical, cosmetic or healthcare manufacturing.
